Auger drilling can be directional drilling mainly based on three reasons:

1. When the screw drilling tool is working, the bit turns and breaks the rock, while the outer pipe of the screw and the drill string do not turn;

2, can link different angles of orientation or adjustable bending pipe;

3. Measurement of dip Angle and azimuth while drilling.
